9001 is the internationally recognised standard for an organisation's
internal Quality Management. The term 'quality' refers to all those
features of a product or service which are required by the customer.
An organisation's 'Quality Management' refers to an organisation's actions
to ensure that its products or services satisfy its customers' quality
requirements and complies with any regulations applicable to those
products or services. "

Customers
are provided with an assurance through the provision for "Enhanced
Customer Focus" leading to "Improved Customer Satisfaction and
Loyalty" within the certification.
There are several other points within the certification related to Company
efficiency. |

For
contracts with regular architectural contributions on behalf of their
client a job is seen through to practical and then final completion when
the architect deems the work complete to their personal
satisfaction.
The completed work is then formally handed over to the client. |

For
smaller private contracts a satisfaction form
is completed by the client on practical completion of the work to
indicate - in their opinion - how well the work was progressed and how
satisfied they are with the completed project.
We trust that the client will be completely satisfied with the work,
however, if there are any areas where there is less than complete
satisfaction these will be dealt with by management in order to improve
our future service to customers.

It is
always encouraging to receive letters of satisfaction and commendation
from our clients.
We as a Company have not in the past made a habit of advertising our services, but
relied on the commendation

Personally, I can’t express enough how happy I am with the completed
work. From start to finish it has been handled in a very professional and
efficient way. Your workers are a credit to you.
Apart from the completed work, it has been two smaller matters that have
really stood out to me. Firstly, unlike some other small works I have
had done over the years with different firms, over the 5 weeks you have
been working, there has not been one day that has gone by without
someone being on site. Secondly, it has been the attention to detail and
all the finishing touches that has also impressed me. I haven’t had to
comment on anything negative.
I certainly would have no hesitation in asking you for any future work,
and would definitely recommend you to friends and family.
