Department History

No resemblance to present staff!

The Plumbing and Heating Department was established soon after the formation of the Company nearly 30 years ago.
The present manager - Phil Passmore - has been leading this section from the early eighties.  He is also a Company Director.
Above ground drainage - guttering and leadwork are all the responsibility of this department.

The Electrical Department in its present form was established in the late nineties.
The present manager - Philip Bell, replaces Mick Boddy who built up the department to achieve full certification within
3 years of its formation and has now retired.
PAT testing is also carried out by this department.

.

Work carried out by these two Departments covers both the domestic and commercial areas.
The Departments are sub-contractors to the firm's building section and also do sub-contract work for local building
contractors who do not have their own dedicated departments.  Below are some examples of their work.
