The 10 Year Club consists of employees within the Company
who have had at least 10 years continuous service. As a reward social
events are held for this group - usually a dinner - and often to celebrate a new
member to this group. Wives are invited on the first occasion. The
events are hosted by the managing director and his wife and take place two or
three times a year. |

Other social events are organised for departments or
particular groups of workers. Staff are encouraged to initiate these
events themselves with the backing of senior management. It is a time for senior
managers to get to know and understand the thoughts of the workers in an
informal manner. |

Both are employees of the Company.

reception at the Rolls Royce Social Club. |
