Colwick Park Adventure Centre  Built for Nottinghamshire County Council this is a centre reliant on renewable energy throughout. There are no external  services to the centre in any form, but the centre is equipped with all normal facilities found in a sport's centre and the site covers two floors and a basement boathouse.  Renewable energy is provided by solar and voltaic panels on the roof, a wind turbine and a wood burning stove to give direct heat.  Fresh (filtered) water is supplied from a nearby bore hole and there is a large storage tank for waste products. The basement area is built to allow for possible flooding.

This award winning building project, in conjunction with Marsh & Grochowski Architects, is  situated in Wellington Square adjacent to the Playhouse.  The project provides first floor rehearsal facilities adjacent to the Playhouse with a public bar  already in place on the ground floor.  The 'Nottingham Playhouse' sign is constructed from a single slab of concrete mounted on the side of the building.

This award winning project, also in conjunction with Marsh & Grochowski Architects, was to convert a simple council bungalow situated near the edge of Rutland Water into a luxury bungalow.  The project was in three stages, extension of the building, conversion of existing accommodation and lastly external work. The beaten copper faced wall with a wave design and circular window reflect the naval background of the client.  The engineering water feature with steel beams reflects the client's engineering background.  The statue to the cedar cladding  of the lead roofed  outhouse was added later after completion of the project.
