This section includes either new-build projects or large extension to existing buildings.  External views only are shown for security reasons. Private properties have an area location only.  More details appear regarding public access buildings although if further detail is required this may be obtained from our offices.

There are no photographs for a number of projects - for example the Queens Medical Centre, Rampton Hospital and Nottingham University - where refurbishment work has been carried out in sensitive areas.

The recent projects section covers photographs of the Building Construction part of the Waller Group and includes examples of the type of work carried out by The Small Works Division. The work of the Mechanicals, Electrical and Decoration sections are included in most of the building construction contracts.

The contracts section lists most of the main contracts for all areas and is updated on a regular basis.  This lists other contracts of divisions besides main building contracts.

The landmark projects include those that are significantly different from a normal build project or award winning projects.  These include:

Colwick Park Adventure Centre by the River Trent

    Nottingham Playhouse Rehearsal Rooms

    Bungalow conversion by Rutland Water
