The Joiners' Shop has
always been an integral and stable part of the Waller Group. Since
1982 the Company has had only two workshop managers,
John Burley (Vernon Road site) and currently Keith Hudson (Greasley Street
site).
Besides the usual everyday manufacture of windows and door frames there are
the staircases, cupboards and shelves etc.
More interesting are the bespoke objects - church furniture and screens
along with elaborate reception desks for commercial refurbishment and
newbuild. Some of these are illustrated below with views of our working
areas. |
